The re-branding project from "Dental Quality Center" to "Dental Q" started in 2017 to reposition the company. Eliminating "Center" emphasized quality, guiding subsequent graphic and design choices, and shaping a new identity.
Founded in 2013 in Ponte nelle Alpi (BL) with a second center in Pieve di Soligo (TV), the dental company upholds ethical values and transparency, integrating exponential technological advancements. Tools like the XDent management software and the ACCUTRON Digital Ultra Flushmount machine for conscious sedation reflect this commitment to innovation.
Rebranding and strategic redefinition
This project involved the complete rebranding of a well-established dental clinic. The goal was to create a modern and elegant digital identity that would attract new clients and reflect the company's philosophy of fairness, transparency, and professional ethics. We transformed "Dental Quality Center" into "Dental Q" to emphasize quality and excellence, removing the "commercial" concept that previously conveyed a "low-cost". This strategic repositioning allowed for precise graphic choices and high-level visual communication.
Technological innovation and ethical challenges
The company is committed to integrating technological advancements in the dental sector, utilizing cutting-edge management software like XDent and equipment such as the ACCUTRON Digital Ultra Flushmount for conscious sedation. However, the initial risk lay in balancing innovation with the timeless values of the medical profession, ensuring that modernization did not undermine the perception of reliability and patient care. The challenge was to communicate the adoption of new technologies as an enhancement, not a replacement, of fundamental ethical principles.
